Send a Quotation to Your Customer
Approve or mark a quotation ready, then email it with a PDF attached.
Step 1
Open the quotation
Open the quotation from the Quotations list.
Step 2
Get it to Approved
A quotation can only be sent once it is Approved. With approval off, use Mark ready. With approval on, submit and have an approver approve it first.
Step 3
Send the quotation
Use Send to email the customer with the quotation PDF attached. Make sure the customer has a contact email, or specify recipients when sending. Use Resend to send another copy without changing amounts.
Expected outcomes
- Quotation is emailed to the customer
- Status moves to Sent
