Record Customer Acceptance or Rejection

Mark a sent quotation as accepted or rejected by the customer to track your sales funnel.

Step 1

Open a sent quotation

Open a quotation that is in Sent (or Viewed) status.

Step 2

Mark accepted or rejected

Use Mark accepted when the customer approves the quote, or Mark rejected (with an optional reason) when they decline.

Step 3

Next steps

Only Accepted quotations can be converted to an invoice. Rejected quotations are closed and kept for your records.

  • Accepted quotations become eligible for conversion
