Choose the Right Quotation Template

Understand the four quotation templates and set a default for new quotations.

Step 1

Understand the templates

Modern Corporate suits services and consultants. Premium Proposal adds project overview, scope, and payment schedule. Trading & Supply focuses on products with HSN and warranty. Interior & BOQ groups line items into sections with document-level GST on the grand total.

Step 2

Open Quotation settings

Go to Settings → Quotations to manage the default template, defaults, and workflow.

Step 3

Set the default template

Pick the template used for new quotations. Existing quotations keep the template they were created with. You can still switch template per quotation while editing a draft.
