Set Quotation Defaults
Prefill payment schedule, notes, and terms so every new quotation starts consistent.
Step 1
Open Quotation settings
Go to Settings → Quotations and find the Defaults section.
Step 2
Fill payment schedule, notes, and terms
Enter your standard payment schedule (shown on Premium Proposal), notes, and terms & conditions. Keep them generic enough to reuse across customers.
Step 3
Save defaults
Save. New quotations are prefilled with these values, and each quotation can still be edited before saving.
Expected outcomes
- New quotations are prefilled with your standard notes and terms
