Upgrade to Growth from Any Plan
Move to Growth from Basic, Essential, or Professional. The launch offer is for Growth, including when you are already on a paid plan.
Step 1
Open subscription settings
Go to organization subscription settings. Your current plan is shown under Plan details, with Essential, Professional, and Growth under Available plans.
Step 2
Start from any current plan
You can upgrade to Growth from Basic, Essential, or Professional. You do not need to be on the free Basic plan first.
Step 3
Choose Growth
On the free plan, click Upgrade with offer. That stores the launch code and opens Growth. On Essential or Professional, click Upgrade to Growth. The launch offer applies to Growth, not to Essential or Professional.
Step 4
Confirm the amount due
From Basic, the launch code discounts the first Growth invoice. Later renewals use the Growth list price. From Essential or Professional, review the amount due for the change to Growth, then continue to Razorpay.
Common questions
Can I use the launch offer if I am already on Essential or Professional?
Yes. Open subscription settings and choose Upgrade to Growth. The offer is not limited to leaving the free Basic plan.
Does the launch offer apply to Essential or Professional?
No. The launch offer applies to Growth. Essential and Professional stay available as regular plan changes when the offer is not in use.
What is discounted on the first upgrade from Basic?
The launch code discounts the first Growth invoice. Renewals after that are billed at the Growth list price.
