Send and Resend Invoices
Send invoice email, understand draft lock behavior, and resend safely.
Step 1
Open invoice detail
Open the invoice from the invoice list.
Step 2
Send invoice
Use Send action. After send, editing is restricted by lifecycle rules.
Step 3
Use resend when needed
Use Resend if customer asks for another copy without changing amounts.
